Free calls included

Free calls to UK fixed lines and UK mobiles. Its not unlimited, but we allow 2000 minutes for each subscription per month, so it is pretty close to unlimited. In fact, we have outbound call centres that do not exceed their allowance.

Call Recording

Call Reporting

You see a dashboard of recent activity when you login to your Cloud Telephone System. View summary reports or drill into the detail to analyse individual or overall performance. Use the information to make informed decisions.

Auto Attendant

Greet your caller with a message in up to four languages with options to route their call to their required destination.


Voicemail can be added to an individual user or groups. The message can be listened to on a handset, or forwarded to your email with the audio attached.
