What Our Customers Say
"All the myths were quickly dispelled by Easy Networks."
Within two weeks of relocating to Spain, to launch her property management and holiday rentals business on the Costa Blanca, Jane Carr discovered that her ISP in the UK was not as ‘global’ as it had intimated.
Initially, she assumed that many of the problems associated with sending and receiving e-mail were related to her being in Spain – or that she was Mac based rather than using a PC.
Her business relies on enquiries through her website. When her website ‘disappeared’ for three weeks in January (the busiest time of year for enquiries and bookings) she sought an explanation and action.
Neither was forthcoming. Ridiculous call-queuing times(“how much longer should I wait in the queue after 55 minutes?”) via premium rate phone numbers, zero response from customer support via email… and no information or solutions.
A colleague of Jane’s, also with the same ISP, experiencing similar problems had been told that “the company was now focusing on major corporate business and that SMEs (Small-Medium Enterprises) were of lower priority and as such were at liberty to seek alternative providers”.
Through her network of contacts Jane approached Easy Networks.
“All the myths about operating my business from Spain with a UK-based ISP – as well as working with Macs – were quickly dispelled by Easy Networks.
They helped me to transfer my website to their own ISP,”
