Two days before the half-term holiday the switch at this school stopped working (which meant that no orders, payments, reports etc. could be processed and no internet) and after phoning County for advice I contacted your company to install a new switch urgently.
It was arranged that on the Thursday of the half-term week a technician would come during the caretakers working hours (morning only) and fit the switch.
Your engineer came to do the work and the caretaker couldn’t praise him highly enough. He turned up at the arranged time, was quick and efficient and when the work was complete he cleaned up and put everything back where it should have been.
So often work is arranged for the school holidays and people either arrive without correct equipment, turn up too late (despite being told the caretakers hours) or don’t turn up at all.
