Easy Group gained its accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 in 2001. We have been passionate about ‘total quality’ from day one and through ISO9000:2008 have successfully maintained accreditation ever since.
A major emphasis on this quality accreditation is the application of continual improvement – and we have made many improvements over the years which have enabled us to be more effective in the way we do business to the benefit of our customers, partners and work colleagues.
In addition to the ISO standard, we monitor no fewer than ten key performance indicators for every work stream on a weekly basis. This ensures that our management team has visibility of all business operations and that all service levels are being met. Easy Group has also achieved PRINCE2 Practitioner status, a world renowned project management qualification.
